INSTRUCTIONS
(1) Please submit the form below. All fields are
required unless otherwise indicated.
(2) After submitting the form, you will
be taken to a payment page where you can make secure payment with any
major credit card.
(3) Upon receipt of payment, we will prepare your papers and submit them
to the state for immediate expedited processing. Your business should be
officially registered with the state within 2 business days. Your
federal tax ID number (EIN)
will be emailed to you within 3 business days. The official filing receipt
and certified copy of your
Certificate of Incorporation will be returned to our office by the state within about 7-10 days, at
which time we will mail them to you. Please allow up to about 14 days
from the date of your order for receipt of your papers.
Please note: We are not responsible for delays by the state in
processing your papers or returning your certified copy to us. Because we
prepare, file, and PAY for your corporation immediately, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
